The Process

Three steps to begin.

First contact

You'll hear back from me by email or phone, typically within one to two business days. We'll find a brief window to speak — about fifteen minutes — so I can understand what brings you to therapy and answer any initial questions.

Initial consultation

Our first full session is an opportunity to share more about your background, what's been difficult, and what you hope to work on. I'll explain how I practice, and together we'll get a sense of whether the fit feels right.

Beginning the work

Most clients meet weekly for 45-minute virtual sessions on a consistent day and time. Therapy unfolds gradually — we'll revisit what's working, what you're noticing, and how to keep moving toward the changes you're seeking.
